Zoo is a true black and white...no matter what time of the year it is his black stays as black as black can be. He is heavy boned with a beautiful straight topline, straight wide legs with good width between them. He is also a 'no light point' carrier. He has a very easy going temperament to compliment his great looks. Zoo has only produced dark spots or solid darks and according to Marlene Clark, a genetics/color expert. It is not possible for Zoo to produce the dun color (unless he is bred to a jennet carrying the dun gene) because he is not carrying a copy of the dun gene. He has proven that in the past by not producing a single dun color when bred to all of Marlene's black jennets. Dun is dominant and it is not possible for it to hide. If it was present, it would be expressed in his offspring. We are looking forward to seeing what he will produce for us in the future.
QUARTER MOON LAPTOP
(IMPORT USA)

Laptop is a stand out. He's a very handsome 29½" young man who we imported in 2016, He is extremely striking in the pasture due to his color and conformation. He has tons of bone and width which is just what we like to see in a herd sire. And look at that head…short, blocky and masculine. For a small boy, he’s very proportionate and balanced and has the most beautiful curly winter coat. He also has an impressive pedigree that contains small size and mostly black color.

Brick is everything we had been looking for in a jack, he is tiny but very correct. He has dark eyeliner all the way around both eyes too. He is the utmost gentleman, we just adore his temperament and personality.

JOY'S VERDI
32" Spotted
~ For Reference Only ~

We are so pleased to have added Verdi to our stable of Jacks. With his strong colour background Verdi has the ability to pass on his NLP to his broken coloured foals.
Verdis foals have performed very well in Australia with many being shown and awarded highly at Dabsa run shows.
